Lee Vass, Owner/Broker Lee Vass has lived in the Tallahassee area for 50 years. During thirty years of that time he was employed by the DuPont Co, Inc. Lee held several assignments one of which was Government Affairs Manager for DuPont. He was responsible for all lobbying and government relations in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. He honed his ability to negotiate in that assignment and can employ it for you in a real estate transaction. For a period of time Lee headed up sales training for DuPont in 13 southern states and Puerto Rico. Lee understands the buying and selling process better than most and has taught and lived it for many, many years. Lee has a successful track record in real estate sales having accomplished more than $25 million in sales. Through 2022 Lee's sales put him into the top 20% of all licensed Realtors in the Tallahassee region. In most sales models, the top 20% of agents produce 80% or more of the total sales volume. Lee attained licensure in 2002 and worked with Armor Realty for one year. He then moved to Clark Investment and practiced there for 2 years. Lee decided to become independent in 2006 and formed his own sole proprietorship as a practicing broker. Lee has served his community as scout leader, baseball and softball coach, Little League baseball park president and American Cancer Society volunteer. He is also a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald house. Lee is also very active in his church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Whether it is new home construction or resale Lee has the team in place to get the job accomplished. Financing, Home Inspection, Repairs, Appraisal and Closing, Lee is ready to help you through it all. Lee has been married to the former Nancy Dreher of Quincy, FL for 49 years. They have three children, Drew, Beth and Emily and seven cute little granddaughters, Caroline, Kate, Amelia, Georgia, Bellamy, Samantha, Brinkley and a little grandson, Benjamin. Lee enjoys golf, walking, reading and playing with his grand children who all live very near him. Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He was educated at University of Alabama and Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama. He is licensed to practice Real Estate in Florida and is a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
